By using this website or booking a service with Little Beauties Nail House, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a positive experience for all clients.


Appointments & Booking

All appointments are booked online and reserved specifically for the scheduled client. A 25% deposit is required for all new clients to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services.


Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made 24–47 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service.

  • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service.

  • No-shows will be charged in full and may result in loss of future booking privileges.

All cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the card on file.


Payments & Gratuity

Little Beauties Nail House is a tip-free studio. Prices reflect the full value of the service. Accepted payment methods include credit card, cash, and Venmo. All services and products are final sale.


Services, Results & Repairs

Service results and longevity vary based on natural nail condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. While premium products and professional techniques are used, results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Structured Gel Manicures include a 5-day complimentary repair window (day of service = day 1), time permitting.

  • Gel Manicures include a 3-day chip-free guarantee.

  • Dazzle Dry and polish services vary in wear and are not guaranteed.

Repairs outside these windows are subject to standard repair fees.

If existing product from another salon cannot be safely removed, services may be performed over the product at the client’s request. In these cases, service longevity cannot be guaranteed and complimentary repairs are not available until the original product has fully grown out.


Health, Safety & Studio Etiquette

Services cannot be performed on infected nails or skin. All tools and surfaces are sanitized and disinfected in compliance with, and exceeding, California state requirements.

Due to the one-on-one nature of the studio, only the scheduled client is permitted unless prior arrangements have been made. Pets are not permitted at this time.

Appointments typically take 2–3 hours. Late arrivals may result in a simplified service while still being charged for the originally booked service.


Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for nail health and longevity. Clients are encouraged to apply cuticle oil at least twice daily and avoid using nails as tools or peeling off product, which may cause damage.


Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Clients are required to review and sign a service waiver prior to booking. By receiving services, clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with nail services and agree to assume full responsibility for their decision to receive treatment.


Privacy Policy (California / CPRA)

Little Beauties Nail House collects only the personal information necessary to manage appointments, payments, and client communication. Personal information is not sold or shared for advertising or marketing purposes.

California residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers, and full payment details are not stored by the studio.
